If you're in a lawsuit and a judge accepts as evidence that you received illicit funds because a criminal sent funds ~around about~ the same amount at 1pm and around 1:01pm you received funds ~around about~ that same amount, that criminal must be you, you might as well just give up and go to prison. This is fucked.

The courts never have worked for you. They are the round about way to get the masses to consent to being governed.
Look see here is the dude that will make sure everyone plays by the rules and everything is fair see.
Ask the judge if he will give you a fair shake at a fair trial. When he agrees to this then ask him how can he ensure he gives you a fair trail when his paycheck depends upon finding guilty convictions, levying fines upon those he oversees and doesn't he think it is a conflict of interest that he do so?
That's not how judges are paid, but i don't disagree that our system is broken.
It is exactly how judges are paid my good sir. They are a for profit business. You can do all the finger wagging about taxes paying for their salaries all you like but the fundamental basis is that they are put in the positions that they are in for the plain and simple fact to convict you in order to place fines upon you, confiscate your stuff etc they are another avenue of intimidation.
They also do other stuff.
