honestly think that mass shooters are just gov agents placed there with a mission but someone would call that a conspiracy theory I guess
It’s impossible that they do thorough investigations. Basic SIGINT would probably reveal foul play somehow
I wish local law enforcement had the balls to actually track things down bc it seems almost guaranteed to lead to fed negligence at a minimum if not outright cultivation
