Career day at my kid’s kindergarten was so depressing. Nearly half the class drew YouTube logos. He drew a yellow tooth and a toothbrush because he said he wanted to be a dentist. 🦷🪥

None of the trade crafts are anywhere on anyone's list. My peers are aging out of this industry and there is a massive shortage of skilled residential construction trades. No one wants these careers because they require doing actual work.
Bitcoiners though appreciate the value of proof of real work done well. The satisfaction, the self reliance, and empowerment that comes from owning a useful skillet is something most of these kids will never know.
Even "Doctors" careers have been broken by fiat clown world with the debt, insurance models, and liability risks turn real healers into drug pushers.
I wonder how different these answers will be in countries other than the US...
I wonder how much this would change if you could survive working a blue collar job.
