i have decided that the next domino to fall in my total absitence campaign is caffeine... the espresso pod machine is in the cupboard and i'm not using it anymore

it is unquestionably contributing the worst to dehydration via its diuretic effect, and the more dehydrated i get the worse my symptoms get

and it is very very clear to me now this is early stage kidney/liver disease problems

drinking lots of water and eliminating carbs are my plan of attack

Not sure if you’re brave or a psychopath…🤔

Either way, keep us informed of how it goes and what benefits/drawbacks you experience.

Been thinking about trying this myself, but for now I’m just gonna be watching you from the sidelines while happily sipping my latte

well, i have two diuretic drink types in my prior regime and coffee is the lesser, and one of them has to go, so i'll sip a whiskey and soda

See if you can substitute coffee with Maca powder (no not the green yucky matcha tea) add cacao powder, bit of maple syrup and this works great as an energy drink

maca is nice, and i have cacao, but meh... i do have some yohimbe, i make a tea with that and mint
