What error message are you receiving when uploading the profile picture?
It doesn't show any error messages. It just doesn't apply the picture to the contact.
What's your Blitz contact username?
Its my personal minibits wallet. Its also my current lightning address on my Nostr account.

This is when we go to add your contact Inside of Blitz wallet.
So what I'm seeing is that people that are already on blitz have their picture load. But those who aren't using Blitz and using a different ln address their picture doesn't load.
Update, it is no longer my minibits on my Nostr page. I'm currently having issues with Minibits.
