I go through phases every now and again where I’m interested and bored to death. Lifting has been a staple for my mental health since 16.

don't really have a strong routine yet, but it feels like a peak npc activity

+1. I need a trainer to keep me accountable and make going enjoyable. Way too easy to skip if I didn’t

Be like Neo in The Matrix and learn traditional kung fu

There are lots of good calisthenics you can do without going to the gym. But either way you could use headphones and listen to an audiobook or something. I scan stuff and convert it to audio.
