Upside down rice( Magluba in Arabic)

3 pcs chicken

3 pcs big sizes cauliflower

3 pcs big sizes of potatoes

6 cups american/sun white rice

3 cups balmati rice (tilda)

2 pcs big onions

1 pc garlic bulb

2 tbsp salt

Preparation 1)

1) fry the cauliflower until turn to golden brown

2) cut the chicken into parts

3) wash the chicken thoroughly without removing the skin

4) cut peeled potato in thick slices

5) cut peeled garlic and onion into small pieces

6) fry the chicken with the garlic and onion for 1 to. 2 minutes

7) 18 cups of water

8) half galloon of yogurt depends on the no of people you are eating with

9). Cucumber(sliced into cubes)

Cooking Procedure (alternately)

1) place the thick sliced potatoes into the pan

2) nicely scatter few pieces of fried cauliflower

3) distribute rice around the pan on top of the cauliflower

4) add rice

5) add chicken slices (1 layer only)

6) repeat points 2 to 5

7) the add add 18 cups of water

8) cover the pan and keep the fire hig until starts to boil.

9) once boiling adjust the fire to the lowest flame. Cooking will take 5 to 6 hrs. Serve with cucumber & yogurt
