I left my phone in an uber accidentally when being dropped off at an airport 3 days ago. I noticed my phone gone within a minute but couldn’t get a hold of the driver right away. My trip was only 3 days so I decided to continue on with my trip. He was able to return my phone to my house the next day, but I got to spend 3 days with no phone. I texted people back on my laptop twice a day and had an incredible time overall.

I feel I have a pretty good relationship with my phone in general, but I was able to be more present with the people I was spending time with.

Now that I have my phone back, I will be mindful of the experience I just had and remember the joy of life comes from experiencing it in person, and that most of the things I pay attention to on my phone are not urgent whatsoever.

I hope you’ve all been doing well.

In my last dream, I wanted to insert my smartphone anally and was so glad that it I woke up without anxiety and that its was only a dream.

Interesting

Sometimes we just need that little “accident” or “mistake” to push us in the right direction! Great way to turn what could have been a bad experience into a positive one 😃

Exactly 🤌
