I don't. I'll be going the opposite way and when I figure out a good source of local meat that suits my needs, I'll be going carnivore.

I would totally miss the variety of tastes you get from fruit and vegetables

I would, too. I'm not going to stay on it forever, but I do think it will help a few things in experiencing and it's just simple enough for me to follow for a few months.

If you feel good with itπŸ‘πŸΌ Im curious how you will feel about it. Make sure to update us!

I will, for sure. But sourcing meat in a manner than suits my lack of storage is tough. I only have a small freezer. πŸ˜…

Oh I absolutely need more freezer space, too!

But for storing meat even more important to have enough space

It is, since it cuts down on the cost of the meat when you can buy a half steer at a time!

Why do you think organic meet and juice exclude each other? Why not having the best of both worlds?πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ»

Carbs. Sugars. Oaxylates.

Plus most organic produce in the US is coated in crud and still treated with all sorts of gross pesticides and are very likely mineral deficient.

:(

It's OK. I'm on a path to eating better, and eventually, growing my own will be the easy forward.

Carbs are not bad. All your cells run on carbohydrate.

It's the combination of refined sugars and saturated fat, that make it bad. Most people always combine carbs with fat or cook them with (nasty) oils.

Those juices are not sugary, it's mostly veggies. Red bellpeppers; beetroot; celery; tumeric ginger & lemon

:)
