I will, for sure. But sourcing meat in a manner than suits my lack of storage is tough. I only have a small freezer. πŸ˜…

It is, since it cuts down on the cost of the meat when you can buy a half steer at a time!

Plus most organic produce in the US is coated in crud and still treated with all sorts of gross pesticides and are very likely mineral deficient.

It's OK. I'm on a path to eating better, and eventually, growing my own will be the easy forward.

Carbs are not bad. All your cells run on carbohydrate.

It's the combination of refined sugars and saturated fat, that make it bad. Most people always combine carbs with fat or cook them with (nasty) oils.

Those juices are not sugary, it's mostly veggies. Red bellpeppers; beetroot; celery; tumeric ginger & lemon

Is multiple days of sugar water and vitamins a good idea?

First of all it's not cane sugarπŸ˜„ and secondly I would always pair it with greens! Those juices have nothing to do with sugar water: it's red bell pepper juice; beet root; celery; tumeric & ginger & lemon.

I prefer green / vegetable juices and if you juice melons or grapes make sure you pair it with celery, fennel and cucumber :)

Then it's super hydrating and refilling your body with nutrients πŸ₯°

I'd be interested in purchasing πŸ’š I did a few juice fasts for some days...But I've been preparing myself since a few months for a longer fast, maybe even transitioning from juice to water and back to juice. Letting myself be guided by my intuition. There's a psychological preparation underway... until my mind, body, and soul say YES and then I'll see how it flows...But not there yet...
