It is dirty. We don't have the greatest of options at this time. You can host short videos on https://Nostr.build and https://void.cat You can also host short videos on streamable.com but those disappear after a certain period of time.

Host the video on your own server and link it. Idk how all the different clients embed videos though.

I use PeerTube I run on a raspi. I can even embed the videos in habla.news now.
