If I zap you don’t feel obligated to zap me back, I felt like zapping you. That way you know when you zap me it’s bc you felt like it and I don’t feel obligated to zap you back 🤝

Unfortunately, this is contrary to human psychology. Robert Cialdini wrote an excellent book about it titled Influence. The Hare Krishna give small gifts to people with the expectation of recieving donations in return.
Other organizations might send you a letter with a nickel to increase donations.
On one hand, I enjoy sending people zaps, but on the other hand, I don't want to exploit this natural human tendency.
