Here's a little workout tip I learned many moons ago
Instead of holding the plank as long as you can
10 seconds in plank position - squeezing everything (abs butt grip) as you can - is more effective.
Plus, eat less sugar.

I tried this tip out at the gym this morning and squeezed the entire minute of my plank! 💪
