Absolutely. Even for bouncing ideas off of. I edit everything I write for my company's newsletter.
On here, I use it once in a while. If I'm just shit posting, I don't really care, but I like having it edit my writing if I'm discussing an important point.
It does a good job of rearranging the sentence structure in a way that helps better communicate the point across.

Look at the replies in my post about tendinitis this morning. I asked the guy for a comparative study and he just started dumping all this random research that contradicted his own viewpoint and wasn’t even comparative. The only study that was comparative validated my views 😂
