Ok so I have NONSTOP issues with lightning and I DO NOT GET IT. Is it inappropriate routing fee limits in nodes and clients? Is it my spotty network connection that throttles my home network awkwardly? Is this somehow also happening with Coinos at the same goddamn time because I have the same issues with them more than half of the time? What the fuck is going on? Routes are not found half the time, coinos NWC almost never works, coinos cashu mint takes several minutes to pay invoices... everything fucking sucks in terms of actually going through!! The one great thing is that at least everyone is still in control of their funds on this bitch.

And now with LNbits, my wallet will not receive payments. It's running on the same node as AlbyHub, and I tried paying from Alby to it and... you know that might be the problem: LNbits might not have accounted for a payment from its same node. The error says "400: The transaction request was not found."

My brother, Ive had days where I felt like this myself. The LN can be a harsh and frustrating mistress.

I try to keep in mind that a good chunk of the performance problems encountered are actually the terrible ToR links and behavior. Some are *still* client and protocol incompatibilities between nodes. Also poorly maintained channels that are completely saturated in one direction (yet advertise great rates!). Not to mention the likelihood of bad actors that attempt to gatekeep/throttle/selectively timeout comms, etc.

It's wild out there, but don't give up! Find good plebs and open channels to them!!!

Holy shit this sounds frustrating as hell. But I haven’t had any problems. I try to keep it super simple though. I have my Start9 node with 3 fat channels, connected NWC to AlbyHub and I use the Alby Go wallet.

Ever since I switched to this setup I’ve had very few issues.

Thanks. I have the same, and it works most of the time for some things and not for others. Amethyst, forget about it. Not gonna work. Coinos NWC never works with my Amethyst setup either, and frequently screws up just in the web wallet too. So I guess that's info to go on.
