This is earth shattering good news! I need to study this and make it work for myself! Thank goodness I saw Universal Bunny’s post in the Universe and thank you Rafael whom I only started following two days ago, and thank you Jordan for being friendly to Monero.
No the app doesn't know which note was used, or when the payment is received, this would require either access to private keys to generate new sub-addresses per note created, or using a primary address starting by 4 and adding a payment id on top of it creating an integrated address, last one is prob easy to add but then no way to notify without scanning with view keys, still thinking through a proper zap event but today it's just tipping from wallet to wallet and skips nostr
Had trouble zapping this note, so I had to send XMR instead 😅
I do hope that we'll be able to attach XMR tips to specific notes one day, cuz I like letting Nostriches know which notes resonated with me.
