weak front abdominal muscles too, situps are a big help, i have been meaning to start again because i'm getting this problem now in my lower back

Same, my back is fucked up today BAD

i am teetering on the edge of making myself do a situp regime

only 5 years ago i could do 100 easily

Honestly thought I was the only one. Glad to hear others share my pain.

Pushups, downward dog, and decline sit ups have changed the game for me.

And a good chiropractor. I had to change a couple times until I found one that was worth it.
