Deadlifts help to. Doesnβt need to be anything crazy like 2.5x body weight. Just enough the minimum effective dosage. Your back in 30 years will thank you
20 push ups (or equivalents) whever you think of it, no excuses, do this while programming 12 hours a day and you'll feel like a fucking yoga teacher.
Doing superman's on the floor or surfing does that same job for the lower back.
