Generally move on. If they're set on something it's probably not worth effort trying to change it.

Yeah, all the normal affectations tend to follow closely together. When someone starts moving through the list quickly, I save my breath these days.
I get frustrated when this happens, but then I realize it's not my insecurities at play here.
Finding that place faster is an ideal of mine.
