Understanding tech isn’t even really necessary with BTC anymore. Depending on age (boomers that can’t use an iPhone etc).
The understanding money part is the biggest issue. People just don’t understand or care to understand money.
Spending time on this, for me, made me a maxi.
And by that point (2017) BTC had already crossed barriers through time that made it “proven”.
People that invested in BTC very early, 2009/10/11 are real warriors and understand the tech 10000% better than most.
Agree, we are crossing the line to where the tech side matters less. I still get some resistance from people that are uncomfortable with the tech thus lean gold.
Understanding it enough to know it is secure is still a requirement for most but more time will erase this
It’s harder for me to wrap my head around the gold tech than BTC.
I’d be curious where they store their gold. How is it shipped? How is it verified? What the payment method? When can they get access? How? Can it be broken down into coins or did they buy coins?
I’ve looked into Gold. It’s a fuckin nightmare.
Unless it’s paper then why not BTC? It’s just Digitial. And soon to be paper.
