I recently fired my training coach (meal and training session planning) and hired an LLM to do the job.
Best trainer I’ve had thus far.
It definitely helps that I’ve probably read around 20 books on physical training for climbers and another ~20 books on sports nutrition, so I can direct the LLM with more precision.
But this is honestly absolutely mind blowing.
I feel sympathy for your fired coach. I’m sure that’s not an easy way to earn a living even without LLMs.
