Damus development became focused on stuff other than user needs. If thay changes then I may start using it again. I like Nostur though and use it quite a bit in addition to Primal. Between the two clients they allow me to do pretty much everything I want to.
How do I zap on Nostur?
Go into settings and edit the button configuration to include a ⚡️emoji. You might need to restart the app. If you have a NWC wallet attached then you can do one tap zaps without leaving the app. Otherwise, when you send a zap it will open in your default app according to your settings.
