I donβt understand why people always look for the ways to distinguish themselves and their groups (color, country, any other irrelevant property) instead of looking for the ways that unite us. Like what the fuck is the point to cut already fragmented society into smaller pieces? πΆπΎπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ

buT I'm so CoOL AND UniQuE!!
there's a big difference with wanting to be distinct versus wanting to dominate the channel
Dominate to unite then, there is power in unity πΆπΎπ«‘
Because we are NOT all in this together
People say we should be a tolerant society but what exactly is it we are being asked to tolerate and why should we be expected to do so.
Didn't Cooper touch on this in Pale Horse? Humans being wired with a desire to be part of an exclusive group?

Tribalism π«π«
Fine for default, not fine for a functional mind πΆπΎπ€·ββοΈ
People are distracted away from who a common enemy is and as they say birds of a feather....
There is no enemy, itβs all in your imaginations πΆπΎπ«‘
Folks don't seem to grasp that the scale of space & time that we *all* inhabit is a very tiny, almost imperceptible sliver on the spectrum of existence.
I think tribalism has helped humans work together to survive with small groups for much of our history. I think the powers that shouldn't be has picked up on this instinct of tribalism and has used it against us.
How worked up do people get over sports ball? Just because someone is wearing the wrong colors.
