They charge a premium for in-app purchases because of App Store fees. Not sure what people use to buy sats on that side of the pond though.
It is weird I never sent to you any zaps and it looks like I have sent 42 sats two times! have I already been hacked?
Maybe a finger slip? 🤷♂️ It’s happened to me before. Idk just guessing. Doesn’t seem like someone would hack you and then send the sats to other people. Here’s 100 on me.

I have noticed in previous versions of the app that if I zap from the notifications tab sometimes it would zap the wrong note or even zap myself 😂😭 But I haven’t noticed that issue with the latest version. But I still always tap into a note before I zap it to make sure I’m hitting the zap button on that note. Not sure if that’s of any help. Just what I do.
Hi again, it was a figer slip I just did it again! Haha. I thought a confirmation message would show up for the zapps, but for new users I think is a bit confusing, nevertheless mistery solved :)

FYI if you long press the zap button on a note then it will bring up a pop up that lets you set a custom amount and message before confirming the zap to send.
Yes, it works! in the primal app you can the amounts, interesting, but again I think this should be configurable (if the user wanto to send the zap or just missclicked)
It’s a good suggestion. You can configure default zap amounts but perhaps it would be nice to also have a toggle to turn one-tap zaps on/off. I like the idea of giving a little more user control. Maybe the primal team will chime in. For now as a workaround I tried setting my one tap zap amount to zero and it saves. When I tried to zap a note the zap shows up as zero temporarily and then disappears when I come back to the note, and it doesn’t send anything from your wallet. Forces you to use the custom zap screen. Might be a good temporary workaround to avoid finger slips 😂

Coinos.io (web), walletofsatoshi (custodial) app, getalby.
If you use the Primal app, you can only zap using the integrated Primal wallet, meaning you need to top it up via another wallet. On the Damus app, you can also use wallets like GetAlby for zapping. On Primal Web, any wallet connected via extensions like GetAlby can be used for zapping -> primal app + primal wallet, primal web + getalby.

P.s. my way to go on #nostr is #Amethyst, Wallet of Satoshi (not working in US) or any other wallet, also cashu and ecash wallet, and it works also with Nostr Wallet Connect so if you need one tap #zap you have them, and you have them also with #nuts..
