Any tips on filtering out the Anime and nudes on the universal feed?

This is my setup, in settings under filter. The nsfw helps. But the ticket is the no show photos. It becomes pretty clear which photos you want to see and which ones you pass over.
Not a fail safe, but it helps.

Whatever you want to call it. The global view of all notes downloaded.
I call it hell. A version of hell.
It can be but it’s also a fantastic way to see what’s actually going on with Nostr. What the majority of posts are, what type of content, where it’s coming from, what languages, etc. and my favorite - you see new users who are looking for help who haven’t even found #introductions yet.
I don't bother with the global feed at all...
Blocking hashtag- furry gets 80% of it.
Blocking hashtag- nsfw is built in to many clients, but if not put that into your app filters too
I block individuals but maybe there's a better way?
If you’re using Damus, under settings/appearance/filters you can block notes marked with nsfw. For the rest, you have to mute them individually 🤷🏾
One of the Damus dev contributors was investigating opting into iOS nsfw image screening. Non-educated guess is it’s 90% ready. Final bits might be toughest.
Another approach that might help is implementing web-of-trust see mute / opt-in WOT auto-mute functionality.

Next couple weeks dev team is focused on pushing out some cool new features. After that we will revisit user experience as a whole. This includes reducing noise such as anime p*rn.
