So I have started to get some small amount of bitcoins (via bity) and am thinking to save more of them over time ... but i also want to test how I can convert them to fiat € in order to know & experience first hand how this is done.

Would #bity also be a good way to do this or are there better options? Any opinions about this AgoraDesk that i saw on F-Droid?
