So I have started to get some small amount of bitcoins (via bity) and am thinking to save more of them over time ... but i also want to test how I can convert them to fiat € in order to know & experience first hand how this is done.

I use Robinhood, it’s legitimately reported and taxed, but that is half of the use of BTC as a mainstream currency IMO.
