#Monero seems to be a hedge against #Bitcoin getting completely cucked.

I don't #Monero, but I can see now how disheartened privacy nyms eventually felt the need for a Plan C.

Ecash is ruggable

Fedi ecash is slightly less ruggable

Liquid btc has confidential transactions but still could be rugged

Not without tradeoffs of course

Prudence would dictate that one should only convert sats to ecash to transact in the short term and not to store wealth for the long haul

Massive tradeoff to take on custodians and ask for permission.

Defeats the main reasons Bitcoin was created.

Liquid also has almost no anon set vast majority of blocks have 1 transaction.

Sender and receiver are not hidden either.
