Airsquats. I started with 25 sometime ago and did plus 1 rep each week till I got to 50. I tried to do more 75-100, but then I started to skipp the routine more.

So apperantly 50 is my sweet spot where it is "just" a quick and easy routine instead of a small workout😅

Whats your morning routine? Physical or non-pysical? :)

.wake up 6AM

.no phone

.cold shower

.some 15 mins activation of lumbar and thoracic spine before shower or some Yoga movements or other recovery work on body parts, which require it 😁)

.breakfast

.30-40 mins walk outside while sun is coming out

.coffee

6AM gives some Jocko Willick Vibes 😬

I like the nophone part. Its so hard.
