There's a distinct lack of shitcoining in my feed. I do my best to keep it that way.
I think I've only muted spam bots so far, but I've been considering muting a few voices that consistently have bad takes and add no value to my feed.
Itβs not about disagreement. I actually follow some accounts because I disagree with them but still respect their opinions.
Whatβs interesting is that the people who seem to be muted the most are the same ones Iβm now thinking of muting myself. Theyβre always the loudest about βcensorship,β as if theyβre entitled to my attention. At some point, maybe they should consider that they might be the problem.
