The constitution does not allow you to take rights, it grants them. It works because it's widely accepted but it's not a force of nature

It's still a granted right. I know a lot of people in my country that have guns despite not being in our constitution. So maybe: guns, bitcoin and nostr?
The point is… “the rule of law, not the rule of men.” The U.S constitution was constructed as an aspiration toward that universal ideal. We took our rights back, by force, from Europe.
Technology enforces those aspirations directly without relying on third parties for permission, whether it be guns, bitcoin, nostr or more to come.
