Wow it was so GOOOOOD! Stuffed with red onion, garlic, thyme and fennel with a cinnamon maple syrup glaze at the end.

Let the fat drip down on some potatoes we grew.

Ducks my favor food, though I'm told if you get duck from the wild then its gamey? Was this duck farm raised?

This duck was farm raised. Unfortunately he was being too aggressive towards the hens so he got the cut.

The taste of the duck fat alone is so tasty.
