Happened to me too several times. Have you the latest version of Amethyst installed?
I downgraded because the latest version broke my global feed, I may need to downgrade again I guess.
Maybe you can fix the issues rather than downgrading?
Erase the cache and all app data (🔑 BACKUP YOUR NSEC(S) FIRST) and start fresh with your existing nsec.
