Regardless it wont work. We will always have our Master as Jesus Christ. God will always be our law giver and Ruler. Anarchy isnt a concept that has any power or substance.

Tolstoy agreed with you 100% on Jesus.

He was an Anarchist as well as a devout Christian. He didn't believe obedience to earthly states was compatible with Salvation.

Jesus is the son of God. That is not anarchy. He is the Law. He fulfilled the Law of Moses.

We are not Jesus. We are not the Law. Anarchy is not ours.

There's no Caesar in the blockchain. Who do you render Bitcoins unto, other than by your own free will?

That was Tolstoy's conclusion too. Of course, they didn't have bitcoin then.

Here's a translation of his actual book: https://web.archive.org/web/20120205200941/http://www.kingdomnow.org/withinyou.html

I don't agree with all of it, but then, I have always been, in Max Weber's formulation, "religiously unmusical".

I quite enjoy Tolstoy. But if you want a real moral case for anarchy I found Larken Rose's "the most dangerous superstition" a compelling and easier read than Tolstoy. I still often think about that book and my faith.

Also careful with wiki articles like that. Movements stsrt very easily, that doesnt mean anarchy is part of Christianity. You could have a wiki article on Christian terrorism. Doesnt give it any substance.

I have met more than a few Christians who have ended up believing Christian Anarchy is exactly what Jesus intended. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't disagree, I just lean Libertarian Voluntaryist for practical reasons.

People have been misunderstanding Christ's teachings for hundreds of years. Those that love Christ will know he is the master of peace.

That the thing... I don't think their love of Christ or His peace is suspect. 🤷🏽‍♀️

god law, yes. but we are talking about man made law that is far from anything godly.
