You can unfollow if you click on the tag and go to the tag page but we probably should make it easier.

Search for hashtag and then click Follow button in snort (I think).

I like the way Snort handles that. Very nice! You can do the same thing with any search query in NostrGram also. When you perform a search at the top of the results is a "Save Search To Feeds" button. Click that and it will be put into a drop-down list of feeds in the header menu.
