I decided I need to use more of what's available on our property. Currently harvesting this death trap. Any guesses?

It looks like the underside of Zucchini leaves, those guys are spiky
When in doubt make alcohol with it.
Compost maybe?
Thinking of some tea and trying to make a salve. Apparently nettle is an anti-inflammatory. Need to do more research.
Nettle is loaded with nutrients, particularly calcium. The fresh spring leaves are excellent for salads (after blanching). It is a very good anti-histamine. Mixed with comfrey, mullein and a pinch of lobelia it has been known to be a great treatment for asthma. Other uses rheumatism, blood purifier and for urinary issues. Itβs one of my top ten favorite herbs. Hopefully I can get some growing on my property this year.
How is it used for asthma?
The raw juice can be added to honey(never tried it, so not sure how much it plant it takes to get a usable amount of juice). Another method- equal parts nettle, comfrey (FDA does not recommend internal consumption), mullein and a pinch of lobelia. Steep 1 ounce of combined herb in pint of boiled water. Drink a small cut of tea 3 to 4 times per day. Long term use will provide results.
Lobelia tincture has been successfully for treating asthma. Be aware that lobelia is an emetic, meaning it will cause vomitting. The vomitting will expel phlegm and mucus from the lungs. A tea like elderberry, catnip, mint, etc. drank before taking the lobelia will calm stomach muscles and relieve discomfort from the vomitting.
A concoction that my grandfather swore worked for asthma- maple syrup, spruce gum, and whiskey. Take a shot every morning. I think itβs just an excuse to drink whiskey!
High in protein. Cook it and you're fine.
