i have never seen blue enamel on the interior of an oven in my whole life, i have lived in bulgaria, serbia, bosnia, the netherlands, england
i know blue enamel, it's a common trim on shitty enameled things, these days usually such poor quality i can't even, compared to what enameled bowls and shit were like when i was a kid

Yeah, there's a water-holder behind the screen, for steaming. And the door is slid underneath. From NEFF.
Ok thats a cool feature, we don't have a water holder for steaming in the oven.
Case in point and this might just be because of the brand of oven but there's no way to restart it and every now and then it freezes up because there must not be enough ram in there or something. At one time it completely froze and the only way we could restart the oven to get control of it again was to flip the breaker on and off.
Ouch. Well, I know the guy who programmed this one, so if it doesn't work, I'll call him up and demand a service call. 😁
