I'm noticing a correlation between an npubs being anonymous and their strong feeling that I should commit crimes or be willing to go to jail on principle. Very strange indeed. 🤔

I pretty much agree, but I guess what I'm saying is when all the anonymous npubs get their scanner darkly scramble suits so they can all meet up and start the violent revolution they all seem to be willing to undertake, let me know because otherwise all I'm hearing is do whatever you want and then when the government comes with guns to arrest you you should try to kill them and or run forever and or go to jail happily. This doesn't seem to be well thought through and I'm not interested in that path.

I also want nonviolent change, but you're saying we should not comply with laws we don't feel are just and that violence will be met with violence. If you don't comply with the law, you _will_ be prosecuted intitiated by the use of violence so if you are saying you will not comply with laws that you dont feel are right and just and that you will resist violence with violence then you are saying you live such that you will inevitably be in armed conflict with law enforcement. So I don't see how you aren't advocating for a lifestyle that inevitably results in armed conflict.

I agree and I certainly have a line which is for me and my family to know. But, it's somewhat beyond keeping track of my own assets or paying taxes as distasteful as that may be.

Beave, I have a lot of beliefs but you're talking about getting into armed conflict with government enforcement agencies and only after they have come to enforce the law. I just dont understand your position at all. I mean it could very well be that youre opsec is so robust that you can chat on NOSTR and productively work for money in the real world such that you pay no taxes and adhere to no law that you believe impinges on your rights. But most people aren't in that situation and the idea that we should all kill law enforcement and then become anonymous nomads is completely insane.
Nope. I've got only basic OPSEC. I'm currently unemployed and will soon be a wage slave and coerced tax payer again.
I am advocating killing law enforcement officers if they attempt to harm me or take my stuff. 100% am willing to do so even if it means that I also die in the process. I will do what I can to prevent that from happening EXCEPT for complying with onerous, byzantine regulations foisted on us at the last second by people who will send armed thugs after you and will murder you if you aren't prepared for that to happen.
