Even better idea: read a book for 10 minutes a day with your phone in another room.

Then increase it to 15, 20, 40, 2 hours, gradually.

Building back your attention will be a better investment than building tools to continue eroding it 🤘

I was recently excited when I realized that I've gotten back to thinking that hour long podcasts are too short and shallow 🙂

Absolutely. If a podcast ends around the hour mark I'm usually disappointed. And if I'm not, then that's probably not a podcast I want to listen to.

I adopted a similar strategy recently and it works. No FOMO at all!
