Maybe. But if or when that happens more coins for us but mist important bitcoin developers will move over to sha-512 algorithm or something similar and we will be right back to where we started 😉

That same fear can be applied to the banking apps most people have on their phones. Without moving user information into a database protected against quantum attacks both fiat & #btc are screwed.
