I love these tips! I have implemented these and found an amazing difference in how I feel after drinking coffee!

I grind it fresh each morning and use my moka pot with filtered water. Then I add maple syrup, raw milk, smoked maldon salt, and sometimes collagen!

Of course I only drink my coffee after having breakfast with protein, carbs, and a bit of fat.
