1. Add sugar and fat to better metabolize, supporting thyroid instead of driving an adrenal/stress response. I like raw milk, maple syrup, and salt.
2. Consume at mealtime to enhance digestion and improve motility.
3. Source organic, single origin, 3rd party tested for mycotoxins, whole beans in a light/med roast. I like brand Clean Coffee.
4. Brew in stainless steel or glass. Avoid methods that leave coffee grains in the vessel to limit plant toxins. Stick with pour over or cold brew. I like Easyworkz Diego Moka Pot.
5. Periodically take with 200mg of l-theanine for vibes and supplement extra thiamine, which caffeine expends, here and there. I like Pure Encapsulations L-Theanine and BenfoMax for this purpose.
