Apps scan relays and sum the result, different data from different relays can lead to different results

So who has the most accurate count? or all is accurate?

There's no central record of who follows who.

Your client literally has to tally up who's following you each time.

It can take a while to find everyone & sometimes not all are found.

I would forget about who is following you.

So currently I am using Damus on my phone and iris on my computer. Probably my question is rather, if I post on Damus, will it showed as well on Iris?

I noticed that if I post from Iris it showed on Damus but not vice versa

Yeah if it the same key then normally it should show on every #nostr app

It probably has more to do with the relays you're using on Damus and Iris.

There should be at least a couple of shared relays between the 2 clients.
