Three dads we know, aged 40-45, having general health issues - overweight, diabetic, kidneys, etc.

The wives are rightfully concerned and asking them to “please do something to take care of yourself,” and the men are generally unwilling to make any changes.

One dad, after a heated discussion with his wife, agreed to walk on the treadmill for ONE MINUTE PER DAY. This man's body is beginning the fail and the most he is willing to do is walk for ONE MINUTE (and this will probably be forgotten after a few days).

Be willing to change and set a path for your and your family.

Shit man 😩

45 is so early.

Cut out seed oils and minimize plants, it's that easy 🐂

So young. The one minute a day seems like mockery. Whats happening to society that no one gives a sh*t?

although our lives are our own, our parents give us our body when we are created. to me, not taking care of that body seems like a disrespect to our parents and our ancestors all the way down (the past). further, putting poor lifestyle changes on display is enabling to children so it disrespects in the other direction (the future).

in terms of family, we are all the nexus of our past (ancestors) and the future (children).

it makes no logical sense to choose to be unhealthy.

all is takes is the will, effort and some discipline. setting a good example is "saving all beings".

Yup. I'm down 75lbs and heading to 125lbs down.

I don't want to end up like my parents.

Keep it up!
