Yesterday was the first round. Knees, lats & lower back are a bit sore today.
but that’s how you know it’s working.
Took several attempts to get the rhythm.

Yeah, this is going into rotation. A nice break: sit and work for a bit, stop and do this for a bit, walk around, get back to work. The rhythm def takes some adjusting. I feel my knees so will watch that and make adjustments as kneeded lol
