How do we communicate this to people that otherwise don’t care and likely wont until it is too late? Convincing people nostr is important is more difficult than convincing people bitcoin is important. For banks and shitcoins there are rug pulls. Non financial data breeches just don’t hit the same.
Many will have to touch the stove. It’s simply human nature. I’m not a pessimist, but reality exists.

Appreciate your interview with Pete. I think we need to set a date in the future where we get Bitcoiners to commit to leaving Twitter for Nostr. If we get enough people onboard, I think this would be enough to shift the conversation to Nostr permanently. Perhaps October 31st. #Xodus
I think there a potential flaw in this. As most people continue to see Twitter go downhill (rate limiting, rebrand, Elon, etc), we need to still have reach to them. If all they hear about is BlueSky, they go there. It’s important to capitalize on now, X, sinking. Not abandon it, imo.
