too many people seem to start things and then never finish them because they get distracted. What happened to finishing what you started?

Does this generation of people have no discipline or have i just become a hoary old croak?

Tell me, is self-discipline just dead with the new generation of 35 and unders?

I think the answer is more complicated than that. Many factors come into play, location, parents, education, etc. 🐶🐾🫡

What is the best way to solve or deal with people like this?

Option 1) Tell them what you really think and have them blow up

Option 2) Don't work with them, find someone else

Option 3) ?

its really simple. people have obligations/responsibilities. if they cant adhere to expectations, cut em loose.

I think again there is no simple answer. Communication is hard, and it takes time to really understand what people think, or for you to tell them what you think. If you don’t care about other person, then cut them loose. If you do, take time to understand them, find their motives and see if you are aligned on the same goals. 🐶🐾🫡
