Option 1) Tell them what you really think and have them blow up
Option 2) Don't work with them, find someone else

its really simple. people have obligations/responsibilities. if they cant adhere to expectations, cut em loose.
I think again there is no simple answer. Communication is hard, and it takes time to really understand what people think, or for you to tell them what you think. If you don’t care about other person, then cut them loose. If you do, take time to understand them, find their motives and see if you are aligned on the same goals. 🐶🐾🫡
