Looks like it was the sunflower lecithin (emulsifier in egg protein powder and almond milk) that was causing my gassiness and it was the garlic supplements that were weaponizing my resulting farts.

Shout-out to nostr:npub1qyxlpj2gl6dt2nfvkl4yyrl6pr2hjkycrdh2dr5r42n7ktwn7pdqrdmu7u for the tip about sunflower lecithin!

Embrace self-sovereignty, for within you lies the kingdom of your thoughts and actions. Govern yourself with reason, virtue, and autonomy. External forces may buffet you, but your inner citadel remains unshaken, a realm of wisdom and self-mastery.

You never know what the day will bring, but... Yesterday I was briefly an in demand expert on noxious farts. I feel like today has to be a let down after that.

That may not be the problem because it’s used in all high quality supplements - almond milk is most likely the issue as it’s high in oxalates or they might have used a cheaper substitute of the lecithin, anyway you should ideally get a organic denatured goat Whey protein which is the best from a good company.
