Scotch neat. 😅
If im doing a mix drink im very fond of tequila in fruit juice.
what’s the difference between scotch, whisky and bourbon?
Country of origin and/or grains used.
Scotch is from Scotland. Whisky is the general category of spirit (whiskey in Ireland). Bourbon is made with a high percentage of corn which makes it sweeter.
Rye is also a type of whisky made with rye that gives it a bit of a spice note.
What glenn said. Its primarily regional.
Burbon is sweeter, rye has some kick ( i prefer it if i'm not drinking scotch ), whisky is a roughly generalized descriptor for that catagory of booze and scotch is specifically scottish thing ( i prefer the heavily peaty stuff that tastes like you're drinking a campfire)
Bourbon

Whiskey Sazerac if the bar has absinth
Rye old fashioned if not
Haven’t heard of either of them 🤔
Both have a nice balance of bitter, sweet, and spicey, with a boozy kick and full mouthfeel
Highly recommend!

Depends on my mood. Sidecar, Old fashioned, whisky neat, G&T.
For gin, I like Bombay Sapphire East. But Plymouth is also great. Two totally different gins.
Only had G&T out of all of those that you mentioned 💜
Old fashioned. But you already knew that.
Was that the one I also had? 🤔
Was trying to remind myself the names of different meals and drinks we had 💜
You had an aperol spritz, and I made you try a braulio at the end of the crotto meal (That bitter dark stuff).
Did you get a cocktail at the bar at the end of the night? Maybe an Americano?
Sounds like a bitter night 😄
Italy. 😂 I’ve learned to love the bitter.
should’ve seen my face during my first sip nostr:npub10awzknjg5r5lajnr53438ndcyjylgqsrnrtq5grs495v42qc6awsj45ys7 🤣💜
Yess, Americano was the one I was thinking of 💜💜
